1. The service
FocusRace is a training companion for adults preparing for hybrid fitness races, in a doctoral project led by Issam Ourrai. It offers plans, optional buddies and an AI coach. It is free during the research pilot. [TO COMPLETE — university and doctoral school].
2. Your account
You must be 18 or older. Provide accurate information and protect your sign-in details. Professional roles require approval; requesting a role does not grant it.
3. Health and safety
FocusRace is not a medical service, ADHD treatment or emergency service. Plans are general training guidance, not personalised medical advice. Consult a health professional where needed. Stop if you experience pain, dizziness or chest symptoms. In France call 15 or 112 in an emergency.
4. Respectful use
No harassment, spam or misuse of messaging. Block or report unsafe behaviour. Accounts may be restricted to protect other users. Meet new training partners in a public place.
5. Research and sharing
Study participation and coach sharing are optional. Manage study consent or withdraw in My research. Withdrawal does not remove your access to the training app. Review each study’s information before joining.
6. Availability and responsibility
The pilot may change or be interrupted. No particular race result, health outcome or uninterrupted availability is guaranteed. These terms do not exclude rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Law and contact
