- FR/EN consent with separate checkboxes, none preselected.
- In-app surveys or an external link with the participant code.
- At most one request per person per week.
- Recruitment only after admin approval.
- Participant contact in the app, or by email if shared.
- Pseudonymised CSV exports with a data dictionary, dates as study days, cells under five hidden.
- Framed deletion and retention, with an audit log.
How to start
Request the researcher role with an institutional email or your supervisor’s confirmation, then create your study. An admin reviews it before recruitment opens. Collection stays off until ethics approval is recorded.
