A separate choice for each study
Read the study information, check your understanding and choose its consent items before joining. Surveys and allowed usage events are study-specific. Ordinary onboarding is not a research questionnaire. No checkbox is preselected.
Collection is gated
Research collection starts off. A study can collect only while authorised and collecting, within its approval dates, with your relevant consent and the global switch enabled. [TO COMPLETE — institution, supervisor and ethics reference].
Codes, not identities
Each study uses its own random participant code. The account-to-code link is restricted. Research dataset exports exclude names, emails, photos and chat text. Dashboard cells below five participants are hidden; downloaded data must still be checked for re-identification risk before publication.
Sensitive data and team contact
Weekly health scores or neurotype categories require a separately approved scope and consent. Raw safety answers are excluded. In-app contact and sharing your email with the team are separate optional permissions, not part of the research dataset export.
Change your mind
In My research you can change consent or leave a study. Leaving stops collection and removes stored study answers, events and the conversation; consent/withdrawal records can remain. Data already exported cannot be recalled automatically. Training access stays unchanged. Questions: [TO COMPLETE — contact and DPO].
